Jiangsu Jiuchang Machinery Co., Ltd. locate national shot blasting machine industrial base which is specialized in manufacturing and designing shot blasting machine, sand blasting machine and dust removal equipment etc. The company was established in 2002 and has a registered capital of20, 080, 000.00 Yuan, covering an area of 67000 square meters, and the building area is 46000 square meters. We have 460 staffs, the gross output of 2013 is more than 90,000,000 Yuan.
The company has passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system authentication and obtained Certificate of product implementation standards issued by Quality Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu Province. Besides a sound and effective quality management system, the company also has Shanghai Research Center and Xi’an Jiaotong University research center as strong backing on technological progress and innovations.
At present we mainly produce Shot Blasting Machine of various series, such as Q31, Q32, Q37, Q38, Q39, Q69 and QH, Sand Mixer of S11 series, special alloy wear resistance castings of various types and accessories. These products all have won the honorable titles of “high quality products" respectively of the national, ministerial or provincial level. Our products have been manufactured under American Standards-ASTMA532, which now are available as an alternative option to the imported ones and fill the domestic gaps. They are sold to over 20 domestic provinces and exported to Finland, Australia, Philippines, Turkey, Mexico, Vietnam, Iran and other regions or countries. Our company has also won the honorable titles of “qualified enterprise in All-round Quality Management” awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture of PRC, “excellent enterprise in implementing the standards” in Jiangsu, “excellent enterprise” in Huaihai economic region, “advanced unit”, “Civilization Enterprise” and “key enterprise” of city and province level.
